IMPORTANT: Your application cannot be processed without signed copies of Federal IRS Income Tax Returns from the past 3 years. All application materials (completed application, documents, etc) need to be in-hand by July 26th, 2024, or your application cannot be considered.

Program Criteria:

Homebuyers must be able to demonstrate they can afford a small down payment and a monthly mortgage payment.

1. Homebuyers must fall within the minimum 60% AMI and maximum 80% AMI

2. Homebuyers must have good credit (no recent bankruptcies, collections, liens or judgments)

3. Homebuyers must demonstrate a need for decent and affordable housing

4. Homebuyers must be willing to partner with Habitat MV by completing:

   • 200 sweat equity hours

   • Attending a homebuyer education meeting

5. All household members must be U.S. Citizens or permanent legal residents.
